The education sector faces very specific challenges: challenging resource constraints; critical and evolving external assessment; parental expectations; and an ever-changing cohort of children. Planning is often restricted to the annual school development plan. As a pro-bono project, Ensira Consultants used best-practice from the automotive industry to support a local school in the development of a 5-year plan to achieve long-term educational goals: articulating the Vision, Mission, Objectives, Strategies and Tactics, such that the resources of the school could be closely aligned to achieving the school vision.
